This two bedroom, two bathroom home is located in one of South Florida’s premiere 55+ active adult communities called Valencia Pointe in Boynton Beach, Florida. This home was unfortunately neglected by it’s original Owners and we were able to purchase it in early 2018 and breathed new life into it, renovating it for sale over just a six week period.
